Drink drive and failure to provide

I was arrested on 1st October at home having parked my car and walked home. A witness rang the police and an ambulance saying l was asleep in my car and they had seen me driving. I couldn’t blow for the breath test l have long term Covid symptoms. My husband reminded me l had a large drink when l got home
Will l be charged with failure to provide and drink driving? I had a DR40 3.5 years ago I gave a blood sample.

I very much believe they would only charge you with the failure to provide if you did not give them a sample.

You may be charged with the lower level (drunk in charge) if they have no proof of you driving your car ie they witness has not yet given a statement.
I believe they will get a witness statement.... will l lose my licence?
