hi my son was involved in an accident no other vehicles or property involved .he sustained a head injury paramedics and police called he failed the breath test at the roadside 95 reading he was taken to hospital under arrest. His car was recovered by the police . He provided a blood sample about 7 hours later while still at hospital. Police said they would contact him or they may not what should he do about telling his insurance company
