I searched online for a drug driving solicitor on there website it gave a list of loopholes
"The new law only applies to blood samples. If the drug has been measured in urine or saliva then you should not be convicted because there is no prescribed limit in place".
You wouldn't be charged with the usual drug driving offence but you can be charged with the alternative offence of unfit through drink and drugs. A urine specimen would certainly be a strong piece of evidence towards that charge.
