DR10 penalty points

Im now renewing my house insurance,and after declaring dr10, the comparison site is asking how many points on my licence i have. It was none before,but i cant find anywhere in my dvla paperwork,if as well as being banned i have points....anybody know ???
 
For Drink Drive conviction you won't get points on your license. Either ban, fine, community order or all of them
 
@AndyJG Yeah, speeding etc is a "Driving Offence" punishable with points and a fine. DR10's are a "Criminal Conviction" with no points involved.
 
Even if you got, say, a no insurance with a drink driving conviction, you get no points for the insurance offence, the ban carries precedence.

I found it easier to call the insurance provider directly
