Disqualification End Date & License Issue Date Different

Hi All,

When I check my driving license online it says I am disqualified from driving until 28th July 2022. My driving license is issued from 29th July 2022.

I know it's only a day, but what date can I physically get in my car and drive - i'm eager!

I set my insurance and tax up yesterday so the car is ready to go.

If I recall correctly you are banned until midnight of the last day of your ban

So up until 23.59 on 28th July in your case. After that your new licence kicks in and you are good to go. So with less than 3 days to go, then maybe not worth risking earlier!
