Convicted of dd provisional expired

I was banned driving with a provisional in 2007. What is the procedure please?

Pick up a D1 application pack for a car, moped or motorcycle from your local post office or order one online here and it will delivered to you.

Fill the application form out and send it off with the appropriate fee along with a photo as explained in the pack.

If you were classed as a high risk offender the DVLA will contact you after they receive your application and send you details on how to book a medical.
