Hello folks, Having made the biggest mistake of my life it seems, I have been charged with driving with excess alchohol in breath.
I failed the roadside test, and was arrested and taken into the station where my lower reading I blew 94.
Bearing in mind that I am in northern ireland, with the relevant juridsiction (which often follows the english statutory law), can anyone advise what I am likely to face. I have read that I can submit a letter to the judge personally of my character , as well as a character reference from someone established.
I have a clean driving licence, and 5 years NCB, and Will soon be turning 23.
Also, I was wondering do stephensons represent in Northern Ireland at all? and if not, can they recommend any specialist firms that could do this for me.
Thanks
