Just wanted to say, I had a call this morning from my solicitor to say the cps are dropping the case (2 days before trial). There were lots of opinion, assumption and lies in the evidence and they had no case. They had not followed procedure. I was innocent of failure to supply. I was unconscious in hospital, police were of the view I was pretending to be asleep but a Drs note on my file stated "patient had no capacity". I am over the moon. Please, everyone, if you are innocent, it is worth fighting, the cps seem to hope you'll crack and plead guilt when you may not be. Good luck everyone.
