Hi.
Long winded but here goes, May 15th I was pulled over and breath tested at the side of the road. Came back zero. My partner had a small amount of cannabis she was cautioned but due to this I was asked to do a swab test.
The swab was not a complete line so I was arrested and taken to the station to give blood.
During my time in the police van my dog was pepper sprayed and shut in the car and a friend who was travelling with us was searched found to have a 2oz in his back pack. His details and cannabis taken but he was not arrested (asked to later come to station of his own accord for prints).
It's now 3 months later and I have had no response or information at all.
My work is licence dependant and currently in limbo.
Any advice?
