Hi. The police got me with 64mg/ 100ml breath. I am in the country from 10mounts. No previous convictions.I am going to court next month. What are my chances? What eventually would be my charge. Would that be a problem to stay in UK. I already have settle-status.

I'm not sure what you mean when you ask what your charge is, as I am assuming you are charged with driving with excess alcohol if you have a Court date?

Assuming you have been charged, then assuming there are no aggravating features such as a crash you are looking at a fine or low level community order and a ban of between 17 and 22 months.
