Got court on Friday 5th. Bloods 102 for alclhol and 200 for benzoylecgonine
Has a crash no one harmed but me

Second offence (if convicted)

Thinking of going alone and writing my own mitigation?

Drove after a night of drinking (was not dealing with my mum's sudden recent death) slept and woke up and drove

Oh yes, I wasn't clear haha.

I'm unable to pay for a solicitor as I've been out of work the past 3 months.

What is the likely outcome and any agvice for going it alone?

The likely outcome is impossible to say without more information and even then its impossible to say what the Court will do. Custody is always an option given the accident but you should be pushing for Community Punishment and maybe a suspended sentence of that is the way they are going.

My advice is along what you are thinking already, let the Court know about your mental state at the time and let them know how sorry you are.
