I don't understand all this stuff about high CDT levels.
According to the Government you are a danger on the road if you have a high CDT level.
This applies if you don't drink and drive at all.
Apparently this also applies to people who have never driven a vehicle and have never had a driving licence.
How on earth can such people be a danger on the roads?
