Hi I would like some advise I had an accident the police didn't see me drive but breath tested me and then arrested me but didnt charge me yet would this still count as a Dd?
And another question I have now told my insurance about the accident and they have sent me the link to get my car repaired if I go threw with the repair then later charged / convicted drunk driver can they chase me for the money for the repair to the car
