I have not had a drink for 10 months I had a blood test in august showing normal liver function ranges but my GGT was obviously raised, I have had another blood test done yesterday and all is still ok but the GGT is still raised at 170 but this has come down from being over 200 since stopping drinking so outside the range, does this affect a CDT test, my doctor when I spoke to her yesterday seems to think I will be fine. or is the GGT also used with CDT test

There are many factors which cause a false positive with GGT. That's why the DVLA use CDT.

Although to be honest as you seem exceptionally anxious maybe it would be worth paying for your own CDT test to put your mind at rest.
