i'm sorry, but i've never used a internet forum, so not sure if msge is relevant in this section.
registered 46 @ station lastnight, thought i understood blood n urine options, but not till found dis forum, i now regret not havin blood sampled.
wot can i do nxt?
wil b appearing in court on 16th Oct. n da earlist time seeing a solictor is 14th Oct. many thanks

In hindsight you should have opted to provide a blood sample. However it is too late now. The only thing you can do is wait, consult with your solicitor, take their advice and hope for the best at court.

For a reading of 46 in breath sentencing guidelines suggest a driving disqualification of between 12 and 16 months and a fine for a first offence. You should also get the option to complete the drink driving rehabilitation course which can reduce your ban by up to 25%.
