So you have been charged with a Drink Driving related offence and have been bailed to appear at a Magistrates Court. If you are like a lot of people charged with a drink driving related offence, it will probably be your first appearance at a Criminal Court and it can be quite a nerve wracking experience!

Are drunk in charge court cases generally longer and more complicated? Because there are many factors being discussed by the defence, who may not simply plead guilty like DR10 drink drivers such as no intent to drive various circumstances etc.
