I have been to court for drink drive and they have banned me for 16 months, no mention of any points 150 hours community service and a small fine.Anyone know is this just a disqualification, as in i dont have to declare after period ends, or is this a 5 year disclosure as an endorsement? I really dont wana lie on my application forms just want to know :/???

Disqualifications for motoring offences are discloseable for 5 years. If it is an enhanced check, called a DBS check, then drink drive is discloseable for 11 years, if it is your only conviction, or for life if you have any other convictions.
You do not get points for drink driving, just a straight ban which will show up on a licence check as a code DR10.
