It would show up in the section: 'police record of convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings.'
It will show the date of conviction, the act and section, "Driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit," and the length of the ban. It may also show the fine but I do not believe that it shows your reading in breath / blood.
If this is a persons only criminal conviction then this will appear for 11 years from conviction, then not be revealed on a DBS check or have to be disclosed by the person involved.
