A friend of mine was arrested at home after he bought a bottle of vodka from a petrol station which he drank at home. someone from the petrol station alleged that he was drunk and police arrested him at home after he consumed a fair bit of the bottle he just bought which he can prove as the petrol station has CCTV. If he will be charged upon bail, what is the likely punishment as this will be his 3rd offence in 10 years?
