My ban is up in Nov, and I have my medical this coming week.
Last time I had a drink was on August 10th and that was only the one pint of bitter. Last time I had a binge session was the 15th of June - hope this is ok?? Or is the medical harsh and stringent as hell, with any evidence of drinking to the point of being drunk in the past 6 months or year being worthy of failing ?
Anyway, I am just wondering...if my ban isn't up until Nov but yet I am having the medical 2 months prior...how will this work out with results (and getting licence back in the unlikely event that I pass)? I mean DVLA say that in most cases (though from reading on this website certainly not all) they expect to have had the results and made a decision within 4 weeks (so a month). That would be October...not Nov when my ban is up. Just wondering how this works.
