Mate has just been caught

Hi

Just a quick thing hope someone can answer for me.
Someone that works for me has been caught drink driving, now he has a court date set of 10th Feb, the question i have is can he drive his car up to this date? As he hasnt been convicted yet

i was charged with drink driving a few weeks back and was able to drive until my court date - i was banned as soon as i pleaded guilty.... as far as i know once charged you can drive up until you plead or are found guilty... i was advised not to drive to court as the ban begins then - hope this helps -

Thanks gentleb, at least i have a couple of weeks with him before he leaves i bet!
2 hours on train and a long walk every morning just to get to work, its a big ask!

hopefully he will be grateful you stuck by him; you learn alot when this stuff happens i tell you. a terrible thing to happen but you learn about who cares and who doesnt - im sure he just appreciates having his job and an understanding boss x
