How to make a complaint about the DVLA medical assessment process

DVLA medical done today.Got 29 months for failing to provide plus 200 hours community service.in 2017.
Insurance for basic car varies,from £2600 pa to £1200 pa).9 years plus no claims.What a pi## take.
Phoned around,got it down to 77.00 pm.
It's a circus out there
 
The high cost of being caught should be a huge detterant to anyone# there's a post earlier some guy just away to loose his job and ultimately his home no mention of partner but that could easily be the scenario!
All for what the price of a taxi , personally I lost 60k over 5 years of lower wages
There's no point grumbling just thankful nobody was injured, there's also a disturbing post from someone whom injured there partner from DD. Why on god's earth did we take all that risk an for what!

Job done,it's been a long old road,the journey has been testing to say the least,but has made me a stronger person.From carrying heavy tools and equipment/materials on the trains/buses/filling uber drivers carboots with adhesives/tiles/etc...?,It's been hard but have got through it all.
Got my full 10 year UK drivers licence today.
Medical and cdt test was last Tuesday.Licence processed and issued yesterday.
To everyone out there,hang in there,the road is long,but there is always light at the end of the tunnel .
