medical in a few months

hi, could someone please give me some advice regarding the high risk offenders medical. Im no way alcohol dependant in any shape or form but when im not working I like to have a few beers as don't really get many nights off work. I work night shifts on the railway so never drink around or at work. Im just concerned if that is still even too much even when im off work, do I have to stop drinking completely a certain period before the medical so that nothing shows in my system , surely they cannot deny someone a few beers while they are not at work? please help

this will give you guidance on how your cdt levels can be affected by binge drinking...basically I would not drink for 21 days before the examination to be on the safe side.
