Hi!
I will be attending my medical within the next few weeks (possibly around end of March - must be by 14th April).
I now haven't drank since 12th Feb - prior to this, mainly a weekend wine drinker - nothing throughout week (generally 3/4 bottles over a weekend).
Does this sound OK regarding my abstinence?
I'm 33, F, good diet (Slimming World), maybe 1 takeaway per week & 4 ltrs water daily?
