blew 87 am I deemed high risk from DVLA

Hi 2weeks ago I got charged with DUI - feel very ashamed at my stupid decision to drive - last 2 weeks have been hell waiting for the court appearance - obviously I will never do this again - I was stopped a short distance from my road - went willingly with police - blew 87- no aggravating factors ie car never hit anything (or mores the point anybody thank god) first offence - 28 years clean licence my question is will I be deemed a High Risk by DVLA as 87 comes just under the 87.5 limit specified by the DVLA - Many thanks

No you will not be classed as high risk as your breath test results did not exceed 87.5 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.
