hi I've passed my original test in 1989 and since then i have been done for drink drive twice and have had a 2 year ban and a five year ban but after that I've done my medical and passed my test but now that i need to get insured on my own policy do i tell them I've been driving since 1989 or since the last pass date (1 Year ago) or when i got my provisional back (3 years ago)

I think your best bet would be to ring the insurance companies up and explain your predicament.
