what do I have to do to arrange a medical?

Hello people, I am due my license back on the 15th feb but not have had my medical yet, I dont know who to phone or where Ive gotta go or how much its gonna cost or anything,I dont even know what my drivers license number is, I went into the police station and asked them for my number but they said that they didnt have it on record ! yeah right! im sure if they wanted my number they would be able to bring it up on their system and they couldnt tell me anything that I needed to know, can anyone on here please give me some information if they know the things I need to find out, thanks very much

You need to fill out a D1 form (post office or DVLA) and pay £95 i think. They will then send you details of what to do next..
