Drink drive fine

I have been caught drink driving and have my court case on the 28/01/2011. my blood results came back 110mg of alcohol in a 100mg of blood. I am student and have no income, neither am i claiming any benefits what so ever.

What fine am i looking at and ban length etc?

Upon a first conviction of driving with excess alcohol with a blood reading of 110 sentencing guidelines suggest a disqualification of between 12 - 16 months and a band C fine.

You should also be offered the chance to take the drink driving rehabilitation course which can reduce any period of disqualification imposed by up to 25% once completed.
