Pulled over last night, what are my chances?

Got pulled over at 2am last night, hadn’t had a drink for at least an hour/hour and half before pulled over. I blew 44 and went to police station. Long story after but I denied another blow on medical grounds so they offered me a blood test which I did. The blood test was one and a half hours after the roadside 44 test. What are my chances the bloods will be under, ****ting it....and yes I was a prat for driving ?

The problem is that the 44 is only an indication of what your reading might be, the battery operated machines are not always reliable.
IF that figure is accurate, and you had not had a drink for an hour and a half (and was therefore at or over the peak reading) then your reading is likely to be a maximum of 70,- with the legal limit being 80. Also 6 is always deducted from the final reading at the laboratory before the result is sent out.
