Car insurance whilst over the limit

Convicted Driver Insurance

Now I'm getting worried.

My insurance - admiral - have now turned round to me and said once they get the police report back stating how much over the limit I was, they may be leaving it to me as this voids my policy.

There will be personal injury claims and a claim for their car. How do I go about this? I don't own a house and have no money :-(

Tis has been raised before, have a read of this thread:

they will refuse to pay your claim if you were over the limit, and apparently there is a clause in Admiral (and other insurers in their group) policies saying this, and also that, whilst they are obliged to pay out third party claims, they will seek to recover those payouts from the policy holder.

Having read the article it doesn't look too good. I really don't know what I'm going to do. The only solution is bankruptcy and with a criminal record in DD, it doesn't look good :-(
