Would really like some advice re. special reasons

I drove over the limit and crashed the vehicle when I slid on ice on a bend. No other vehicles or people were involved. It was in the early hours on a very quiet B road. The police arrived and I have been charged, due to appear on 28/Dec. I judged that I was not over the limit, but possibly borderline when I decided to drive. I was driving to visit and help a very close friend a few miles away who was suffering from an extreme anxiety attack. She is on medication and counselling for extreme anxiety. I have some very concerning worries and questions about the impact of a ban (job, and travelling to visit my small child). So I would really like some advice from a specialist legal expert, and probably representation. Can you help please? Thank you so much.
