Basic (?) case drink driving

Convicted Driver Insurance

Friday morning 1:00am after a few drinks, i drove back home, got caught and breathalyzed.
I wasnt speeding or appeared to be driving dangerously, just a routine check that got me caught.
I was taken to the police station, results have shown 57mg in breath. I am due to court the 21st of November.
I rely on my car to get me to work everyday (25 miles each way), there is no (or very little) public transport to get there.
I have serious money issue (bank statement will show that i have spent 2 months overdraft).
I drive for 22 years, have a European license and never had other offenses apart from random parking fines.

I read i could challenge by hiring solicitors who could try to proove the test machines arent reliable enough.
However im struggling to believe that it could just clear up the conviction and just vanish?

How can I reduce the ban as low as possible? will the rehabilitation course help?
What cost shall i expect to get any help?

Thanks

Your reading puts you in the lowest possible sentencing bracket, albeit at the highest end. This means a ban of between 12 and 16 months together with a fine. This sort of offence can potentially be defended on a technical basis, involving a challenge of the reliability of the machine and the procedure at the station. Before going down that route you should be sure to ask a specialist to investigate the viability of any defence. You can do so on 03332009852 and cost options can be discussed specific to your case.

Hi, Thank you.
I read through all the basic and most common ways a solicitor/barrister could help me to defend my case and plead non guilty.
However lot of the facts I assume are pretty basics and were respected.
For instance in my case, very hard to prove i wasnt driving, or that i was not given the right procedure, or the test machine does not comply, or missing questions etc.
Being on that position for the first time, i do not remember the exact procedure, but the police officers seemed to have done their job accordingly and taken care that the procedure was respected and valid. Surely they must know by now that they must be careful?

My question is for people on this forum, real people rather than a confident solicitors,
how many have been down this non plead guilty routes and succeed? at what cost?
Are they real defendant cases i can read somewhere?
having a real opinion rather than a Solicitor's?

Thanks all
