Help!!

I was arrested last week 5/7/17 for drink driving I am so ashamed. I have no previous convictions full clean licence. I was arrested and breath tested both at the roadside and in police station where I was held over night. In court next month but no idea what I should be doing and where to get help and advice from??? I stand to lose everything through my own stupidity!! Please advise when able Thank you

You face a minimum 12 month disqualification from driving. That can go up to as much as 3 years for a first time offence.
