Arrested.

Had accident and been waiting for bloods to come back, police have emailed me asking me to go in to station for a chat - to ask my side of what happened in the accident,

the officer said in email that I wont be arrested.... what does this mean? he says they have my results but wont give them out over email or phone call.... help please...are they being awkward or can they really not give such information out?

This information can be given out over the phone but it depends on the policy used by the constabulary involved. If you are going to be charged then you will be told what the reading is. If they wish to interview you then it is possible that they do not have sufficient evidence to charge at this time.
