is it possible to appeal for your license back

i got court drink driveing, i got 14month in jail and got banned from driving for 23 month. i blowed 45 on the breathalyzer. i am just wondering if i can appeal to get my driving license back a bit faster due to work.

You can only apply for the early return of your driving licence after serving a minimum of 2 years of any ban. The full time limits can be found here. As your ban was for a period that is less than 2 years then, in your case, you are not eligible to apply for the early return of your licence at all. The only way you could get your licence back early is if the court referred you for the drink driving rehabilitation course at the time you were sentenced and you completed such a course successfully and within the time limit for doing so.
