I have been charged for drink driving 54 mg and dangerous driving and will need to attend court in a few weeks.
i have recently been made redundant and have no incoming income, i have a family with young children (none in car when i drove)
do i pass to receive free support, i was told i could get a solicitor at the court?
i was also driving on a foreign licence (legally) and we plan to go back after the summer to start looking for job in that country.
is a ban global? is it possible to get a caution instead of criminal record? if i have a criminal record i will not find it easy to get a new job and possibly the country we move back to may not let me in?
