Drink driving relating to accident

I was in an accident 2 years ago and the unsurance company are now wanting me to pay 24 thousand pound in damages!! As i was drunk so uninsured, I hit a car which also nocked a garden wall down, what are my options for this? They want me to set up a payment plan but seriously. 24 thousand how am i ment to pay that, they want 12000 just for the garden wall which would of cost about 800 pound to fix, plus the guy who was in the car 4000 pounds injuries, medical and hire bills!! So i need help about what to do.. .. .. ..

I'm afraid that I can only advise regarding criminal prosecutions for motoring offences. You would need to speak to someone who deals with consumer disputes as the issue appears to be between yourself and your insurers.
