Hello,
I'm from Holland so excuse me for my English spelling.
A friend from Holland was on holiday in Ireland. She was driving with a friend when a guy from England drove to fast on the wrong site of the road. He had also drank to much. It was a bad accident and my friend is now in the hospital in Ireland. The guy who has caused the accident was arrested. In Holland the insurance of the one who caused the accident pays for the victum. Also when the perpetrator was drunk while driving. Is that also the case in England and Ireland? I asume that because the perpetrator became from England that you should follow the English law?
I hope you understand my question.
Thank you
