help please, blew 45 at the police station

hi i have been charged with dd.which i blew 40 on the road side test and 45 at the station. i was in and out at the station in 30 minutes.wat will happen in court?
if i plead not guilty will that ajurn the case to a later date?

For a first offence with a reading of 45 in breath the Magistrates sentencing guidelines advise the imposition of a 12-16 month disqualification and a Band C fine which would be calculated based upon your income. You are also likely to be offered the drink drive rehabilitation course which would reduce the length of the disqualification by up to 25% upon completion.

If you were to enter a not guilty plea then the case would indeed be adjourned and listed for trial. You would however need to explain to the Court why you are pleading not guilty, e.g. do you dispute that you were the driver or the accuracy of the readings.
