M friend has been arrested after alcohol consuming on 7/02/2016

He drove a motor vehicle, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit
He was granted bail without conditions and must surrender to the custody of the Court. Bailed to date 10/03/2016

He is very worried because he is a driver although it was first time he was caught driving after alcohol consuming.

He is a concrete pump operator since 08.2015
CPCS gained in England). Is there a chance that the court left him one of the categories on the moving truck car in the Uk or take everything.

His wife is pregnant and only he is working.

For a first offence with a reading of 79 in breath the Magistrates sentencing guidelines advise the imposition of a 17-22 month disqualification and a Band C fine. He should also be offered the opportunity to attend the drink drive rehabilitation course which would reduce the length of the disqualification by up to 25% upon completion.

I'm afraid that any disqualification is applicable to all driving entitlements, the Court are not able to make this applicable to a specific class of vehicle. He can look to present mitigation to the Court to try and minimise the severity of the sentence imposed by the Court and he is able to present the information regarding what impact a disqualification will have.
