I was just wondering if I was charged with dui how much would it cost for mitigation from a lawyer I doesn't need to be exact just a roughly between just so I can start saving

The cost will vary from firm to firm. For ourselves we would carry out the work for a fixed fee of £650 + VAT (£780) which includes all of the preparation work such as preparing your statement and providing guidance on the preparation of character references etc, as well as representation at Court by a barrister.
