Advice needed please

Hi

i was involved in a RTA and was breath tested at the scene. I blew 49 which appeared high I did have a smoke minutes before which may of made a difference. I was taken to hospital and was breath tested again after 3 hours. I blew 33 and a blood test was taken shortly after. I'm now waiting the results and suspect it to be below 80. Your thoughts are highly appreciated on my situation and the possibility of back calculations being used.

If your breath reading was under the limit then there is a good chance that blood sample will be as well. However I cannot comment on the likelihood of the prosecution deciding to carry out a back claculation, this will be entirely at their discretion and it varies between police forces and even officers as to whether they decide it is appropriate.
