I was convicted of drink drive and my ban is up in November. I was not offered a Drink Drive Awareness course and would be interested in doing one in order to get time off my ban. Is it possible to go back the court and ask them. Also when I get my licence back will it have points on

If you were sentenced to an offence that carried points then yes, you will still have then on your licence when it is returned, however if you were just convicted of drink driving this does not carry any penalty points.

There is no provision for the Court's to subsequently offer the drink drive rehabilitation course after you have already been sentenced. The Court must make the offer to you at the hearing, and you must accept it, for the 25% reduction in disqualification to be available.
