Drink driving. Breath Sample was 46, Police then took Blood Sample and Want me

Hi, I was stopped by the police for Drink driving. Taken to the station and was administered another 2 breathaylsers.. It came out 46. I was then told to give a blood sample and released on bail to come back in 6weeks time for the results. What would be the outcome and possiblitlities.. This is my first experince.. What can I do?

The best thing to do at the moment is to wait until the police call you to attend bail. If you were given your own sample you may wish to have this tested to give you and indication of whether you were likely to be over the limit. You will only know for certain if you are being charged or not once you attend bail, I will be able to advise you in greater detail at this point.
