I was arrested on friday night for DUI. I had an accident and crashed into a garden wall. No-one else was involved. there was a gap of some 45 mins between the accident and being arrested. During this time I had some more drink. At least 1 very large glass of read wine and 1.5 pints of beer

My breath test reading 1.50 hours after the accident was 100 and 97

I have been formally charged.

what are the potential outcomes?
