Probation have failed to impose dids course

Hi a court order was made for me to do 150 hours community service which I have completed, I also had to do 14 sessions on a DIDS course to be completed by 4th April 2013. My probation office have failed to arrange this and now I am out of time. What is my position? probation have agreed it is not my fault

The best thing to do would be to speak to probation and/or the Court to see what their position is on this as it will ultimately be their decision as to what happens.
