My wife has to go to court in January, she was arrested by a police as she was in her car keeping herself warm and the car was stationery.
The charge from the police is that she was in charge of a motor vehicle, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath ,namely 70 microgrammes of alchol in 100 millites of breath.
(Legislation:contary to section 5(1)(b) of the road traffic act 1988 and schedule 2 to the road taffic offenders act 1988.

When the police release her,the police officer told her,she was ok to drive and she would get some points and a fine, from the courts

I spoke to my insurance company and they said if she gets a dr10, she would have to come off my insurance.I thought a dr10 was for drink driving.
Is she likeley to be convicted of drink driving(dr10) or something else
