Changing location of hearing

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody knows the likelihood of having my court case transferred to a different magistrates court in another town? I really wouldn't want my name being in the paper but wondered if they would only grant permission for a change of location in exceptional circumstances? If so, what would they be? Any help would be appreciated!

It is entirely at the discretion of the court as to whether they are willing to move the case to a different venue, the best thing to do would be to write to the court with your request and await their response.
