Hi,
should i have been breathalysed before i was interviewed the next morning and before being released. I blew 102 at 1235am and still felt drunk during my interview and was then released as my boss had come to pick me up

Thanks

the easy answer is no, a police station breath test is to record your level of alcohol when driving, nothing to do with interviews or in fact anything else that occurs within a police station, i hope that you had a free solicitor for the interview and they would have then looked after your fitness for interview? if you can give me some more information about the circumstances surrounding your arrest then I could provide some more help on those matters? many thanks
