Advice required please the Date of conviction was on the 27 th of July 2011 and banded for 15 month
when can I start to drive again will it be the 27 th or the 28 th of October 2012

hello Fabrice, I would have to signpost you either to the Court or the DVLA in these circumstances as getting the day right is a common error and a potentially serious one. Give the Court or DVLA a quick ring and they should be able to ensure that the date is confirmed to you, also ask for it in writing, many thanks
